How to use the Retention Report

The Retention Report is designed to give you a detailed view of customer retention across all of your campaigns and products. More customers means more profit, and knowing which of your campaigns are the winners and which are the least successful, will help you make better decisions towards getting your business to the next level. The Retention Report will give you detailed data throughout your customers lifecycle, providing various filters to help fine-tune your results. For example, you can use the affiliate filter to view the customer retention from each of your affiliates. This can help you determine which of your affiliates are bringing you long lasting customers. 

  1. Navigate to Reports > Retention Report
  2. Select the date range, sites, and productsmceclip0.png
  3. If you don’t wish to include declines or retries in your report, de-toggle the option. 
  4. Click “Search”
  5. Upon submission, the "Retention Report" window will populate with a table containing the transaction details for one cycle.

You can change the cycle data viewed by clicking a cycle number (0x, 1x..) at the top of the results table. .
