How to setup Boost Call Center

.1. Navigate to Administration > Plugins

2. Select “Lead Recovery” within the Available Services dropdown.

3. Choose "BoostCallCenter" from the Available Providers dropdown.


4. Enter the account_id, key, and List_Id Provided by Boost.

5. Check the "Is Active Provider" box.


6. Below, you'll find a table of all siteIDs associated with your ResponseCRM Account. Choose the appropriate siteID(s) to enable BoostCallCenter by clicking the checkbox in the right-hand column corresponding to the desired siteID/Site Name.

7. Click "Save", Once saved, all inquiries for the selected site ids will be sent to Boost Call Center.

8. If you need to stop sending inquiries, simply uncheck the site id under the options and click Save.
