Preventing Duplicate Orders

The CRM has a Duplicate checking feature that will prevent duplicate orders of the same product purchased with the same credit card within a 30 minute window. In other words, the same credit card can't be used to purchase the same product within a 30 minute window. This is useful if you want to prevent duplicate orders but don't have your website coded to prevent multiple submits. To enable duplicate checking:

1. Navigate to Administration > Accounts

2. Select Yes for Duplicate Check and then save.
