The Customer profile houses all the customer’s contact information, payment information, and transaction history.
The Customers detailed information is hidden by default, and in order to view all data, click on “View" under "Customer Details” on the top right side of the profile page.
To modify an existing customer profile, click on "Edit" button that is displayed after you click on View. Clicking on Edit will let you update the editable fields within the selected tab. For example, to change the shipping address, click on the Shipping Address tab and click Edit.
Note: Changing the payment information will update the system immediately, and all future charges will be processed on the new credit card. Any error made during input can prevent future charges from being successful.
