To edit a customer's existing recurring charge amount,
1. Find the customer's account either through CRM Search or quick search using Customer ID / Transaction ID / Order ID at the top menu (magnifying glass)
Within the customers profile, scroll down to the Recurrings section and click on the edit icon for the recurring charge you want to modify.
At the top of the page under "Next Scheduled Charge", you'll see Next Scheduled Bill Date and Next Scheduled Charge Amount. These fields apply to the recurring Cycle below that has the "Next" green icon tagged to it.
Locate the "Next" green icon within the Cycles to determine which recurring charge cycle the customer is currently on.
