How to Use the Subscription Cancellation Report

The Subscription Cancellation report provides an aggregate summary of all the cancellation reasons your customers chose when canceling their subscription accounts (recurring charges). 

To use the report:

1. Navigate to Reports > Subscription Cancellation Report

2. Select from any of the available filters to narrow your search:

  • Sites: the Site ID/Campaign ID of your offer
  • Product: the product(s) you'd like to include in your report
  • MID: the merchant account(s) you'd like to include in your report
  • Affiliate: the affiliate(s) you'd like to include in your report

3. Select a date range and click search

4. Results will display in chart/graph form as well as a table representation of all the subscription cancellations and the reasons for each cancellation.
