The Subscription Cancellation report provides an aggregate summary of all the cancellation reasons your customers chose when canceling their subscription accounts (recurring charges).
To use the report:
1. Navigate to Reports > Subscription Cancellation Report
2. Select from any of the available filters to narrow your search:
- Sites: the Site ID/Campaign ID of your offer
- Product: the product(s) you'd like to include in your report
- MID: the merchant account(s) you'd like to include in your report
- Affiliate: the affiliate(s) you'd like to include in your report
3. Select a date range and click search
4. Results will display in chart/graph form as well as a table representation of all the subscription cancellations and the reasons for each cancellation.
